We specialise in the remote and on-site troubleshooting of Fibre Channel Storage Area Network (SAN) problems and related enterprise data storage issues. Our knowledge and experience is gained from working for many years within the technical support group of an enterprise data storage equipment vendor (Hitachi). We are in regular contact with our clients and the support and engineering teams at Cisco and Brocade (now Broadcom), so we have a good understanding of the current SAN issues.
We will work independently from, but also alongside your existing SAN equipment support provider(s). They will typically have a very good centralised support model and undoubtedly the best engineers in the industry, but they may not have the (local) resources available that reflects your business requirement.
