Shipped by us within a heavy duty ‘The Guardsman’ flight case with transport wheels and handles, 70cm x  37cm x 37cm – total weight for shipping calculations is 21kg.  It is secured with a TSA-approved combination lock.

NB. NEVER upgrade the XGIG chassis software, use the version that is installed. Always follow the instructions printed on top of the chassis for powering off the unit.

A copy of the bill of materials is included within the case and also sent by email, it includes the serial numbers of each of the above components.  It is your responsibility to return the same equipment and components to us in a fully working condition.  If a Sanview representative is not travelling with, or on-site with the rented equipment then you will be liable for any loss or damage of the equipment and components.  We recommend that you have adequate insurance cover and use a reputable (and signed for) courier shipping service.
For insurance purposes, the value of the above equipment is £140,000.
